We will check guests in, provide keys codes and provide any information guests may need.Cleaning.
After your Guests departs, we will arrange the cleaning of your Holiday Home.We’ll keep you up to date.
We will update you as and when required or simply contact us at your own convenience for letting updates.We look after you.
If you have any queries or issues with the caravan we can arrange for repairs and maintenance to be carried out. Please be aware the maintenance cost will be the responsibility of yourself. Arrangements can be made to deduct the costs from the hire profit so there is no direct cost to yourself.By subletting with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.INSURANCE
As L&g caravan hire is acting as the agent for you, the owner, it is your responsibility to ensure that your caravan is adequately insured against loss, damage & 3rd Party Liability. A copy of this must be provided to our self.CARAVAN UPKEEP
During a Letting Season repairs, replacements and cleaning services may be required to keep your caravan to the necessary standard. If this is the case charges may apply. Where possible we will always advise you of any repairs required before going ahead with them. We will aim to take photographic evidence of any damages incurred. To ensure that you do not lose out on lettings Income.CLEANING
Upon guests’ departure we will be responsible for cleaning your caravan. After you have used your caravan it is your responsibility to clean the unit prior to it being Sublet through us. If the cleanliness is below the required standard L&g caravan hire will issue a cleaning charge..HEALTH & SAFETY
The following needs to be arranged by you the owner. (a copy of these will be required)
• Annual Gas & Appliance Servicing including the flue and ventilation will be carried out when due .
• Electric Tests are due annually & will be carried out when due.
• PAT tests for all electrical portable items need to be carried out annually & will be carried out when due.
• Smoke alarms, Carbon Monoxide, Fire Extinguishers & Fire blankets must be provided and in full working order.
• CO2 checks will be tested annually.GAS & ELECTRICITY
Gas & Electricity used is paid for by you, The Owner.
All caravans which use bottled gas must have an automatic change over valve fitted.WEAR, TEAR & DAMAGES
Reasonable Wear & Tear during Subletting will occur. Just like in your own home items will deteriorate over time through usage. Where damages occur we will try and recover costs from the guests however we will not be held liable for any damages or monies lost due to damages caused.Your Letting Dates
Please let us know of any changes you want to make as soon as possible. You will not be able to take back a letting break if your Holiday Home has already been pre-booked.Payments

What is there to see and do in Ingoldmells?
Despite the small size of the village, you've got plenty to see and do in and around Ingoldmells, and of course in Skegness. Here are some of the highlights:
Fantasy Island
If you're visiting Ingoldmells then you definitely can't miss Fantasy Island, an amusement park which is great for young and old alike. Here you'll find more than 30 different rides to choose from, with a great mix of impressive rollercoasters and rides for young kids. If you're an adrenaline junkie then you'll definitely want to catch a ride on The Millennium, which at one point was Europe's longest looping coaster, and The Volcano, which shoots you 183 ft into the air at 50mph!. Fantasy Island is a great day of excitement and enjoyment for all ages, and we think it's very reasonably priced too.
Fantasy Island Market
The market at Ingoldmells is actually connected to Fantasy Island, so it's a great place to stop once you've been on a few rollercoasters. People are often shocked by how large this market is - it's actually Europe's largest 7-day Market, and there is so much to explore at the stalls here. You'll find more than 300 stalls here, selling everything from sweets and coffee to baby clothes and garden furniture. It's totally free to enter the market and there is always a good chance of snapping up a bargain.
Visit the beach
Ingoldmells is a village which is right on the beach, and when the sun is shining it's an excellent place to be. It's a long sandy beach which is great for long walks, and you'll often spot people swimming in the water. Dogs are allowed on the beach during the low season, so if you've got your furry friend with you then it's a great beach for a walk. The beach has a number of bars right on the sand which makes you feel like you're on holiday. Also, given the number of people who walk along the beach every day, it's generally quite clean which is always nice to see.
Hardy's Animal Farm
Hardy's Animal Farm is a fantastic attraction for animal lovers and families and a nice step down in intensity from the excitement of the amusements, yet it's only 10 minutes walk from the beach. Set within 7 acres of countryside, visitors can experience hands-on encounters with a variety of friendly animals, including farm animals, exotic species, and even reptiles. Activities here include animal feeding, tractor rides, and indoor play areas, We'd personally say it's actually more fun here than at the amusements, and that is really saying something.
Jump Warriors
Not only is the Jump Warriors trampoline park loads of fun, but it's also actually really good exercise. So if your kids have been eating too much candy floss and ice cream during their time in Ingoldmells then a trip here is a great way to get some exercise in! This park has more than 50 individual trampolines to bounce on and is great for young kids (even as young as 5 years old). It's a must visit if you have young ones, and there are often really fun events held here like the Disco Bounce

Welcome to Skegness NaturelandIt has a small, breeding colony of Harbour (Common) seals that live in our Resident Seal Pool. We have 5 Harbour Seals called Fergie, Ollie, Pixie, Victoria & Scarlett. Each of them were rescued by us at some point in their lives, but for whatever reason we were unable release them back into the wild, so we gave them a happy home here at Natureland!We have seal feeding times throughout the day which are intended to be educational as well as fun and also keep the seals active and stimulated as a form of environmental enrichment!
